Note: This class size will be limited to a small number of participants in order to allow for personal attention and instruction. Depending upon location and venue, the course may or may not be residential.
Six day course in Sacred Tantra Massage:
The aim of the course is to provide the training necessary for becoming a Professional Sacred Tantra Massage therapist.
This course is also the foundation course (entry level) for our further training courses and modules.
Previous experience in massage, or another holistic or body centered therapy is not essential, but is useful. A basic knowledge of the human energy chakra system is recommended (pre-training mini-course is available from OHT. Please enquire.)
What is the One Heart Tantra Difference?
The One Heart Tantra professional training course takes a wholistic approach to Tantra; it is not entrenched in traditional Eastern teachings and techniques. We choose to bring a new level of awareness to Tantra Massage – that of a heart-centered consciousness, and a deep acknowledgement of Spirit.
The Course is suitable for:
* Those individuals who are called to work with sacred sexuality.
* Massage or holistic therapists who wish to begin offering tantra massage.
* Tantra massage professionals who wish to deepen their work.
* Sex workers who would like to change the emphasis of their work.
* Novices who would like to start a new career.
* Committed individuals who wish to use this training as a spiritual way to explore their sexuality.
* Couples or partners wishing to learn with each other.
Course Syllabus:
How to facilitate a full sacred tantra massage, including:
Creating and Holding sacred space
Opening and closing rituals
Tantric massage strokes and techniques
Tantric breath-work
Energy connection and merging exercise,
The concept of devotional touch
Awareness of sexual/spiritual energy (life-force).
Yoni/Lingam massage
Additionally and relative to tantra massage we will also touch upon: human energy system and senses, business and promoting, overview of tantra, practicalities of facilitating a massage, benefits of tantra massage, ethics, health and safety, self-care and support.
Class Structure:
The course commences on 10am Monday, April 11th through 5pm Saturday, April 16th, 2011. Day attendence (non-residential) however, some evening practise is required.
Course Material/Notes:
Some course material is provided, such as the massage techniques, however you should be prepared to take notes for you own use also.
Certification:
All participants are given a One Heart Tantra certificate of completion at the end of your training.
Course Fees:
Professional Sacred Tantra Massage Training Course: Variable between £900 - £1200 per person (dependent upon venue/location) Course length 6 days (minimum). Discount for couples may apply - please ask.
Unless noted otherwise, the Course fee does not include accommodation or meals.
Any student may re-take the course at any time in the future for a 50% reduction of the fee in effect at that time.
