Sacred Heart Tantra Community
For a while now I have dreamed of co-creating a community within the local area for people to open to and explore sexuality, Tantra and spirituality in a safe and supportive environment. The format will actually be somewhat akin to a mini-workshop. Some of the elements in a typical evening may include an opening meditation, breathing exercises, stretching, dancing, exercises for developing communication and intimacy skills, simple Tantric rituals and techniques.
At every gathering there will be time allocated for discussion. Topics will include Tantra, sacred sexuality, how to integrate spirituality and sexuality, sexual healing, conscious relating and relationship, and more. There will be no nudity or sexual activity.
It’s our intention that the community grow organically, and your input will be essential in how the community develops.
Initially the gatherings will be on a monthly basis, to be held at a suitable venue in central Glasgow or the West End. The donation per participant will be £14/ £7 (concession) per meeting. The first meeting will be held in the West End of Glasgow on Friday, 3rd of July at 7pm, 2009.
Sacred Heart Tantra will be moderated by Lynn Paterson, Linda Alexander, Gillian Alexander and Isaac George.
