These double sessions are 4-handed tantric massage experiences that are equally beautiful for both men and women alike, and they can be deeply healing and transformational too. What Is Tantra Massage?
“Sacred Tantra Massage is a combination of loving touch that gently soothes the body and senses while at the same time stimulating the life force energy (Kundalini) into awakening. The entire experience is essentially a ritual that celebrates the whole being that you are, and encourages you to completely relax into a state of receiving conscious touch and pleasure. By surrendering action, many new experiences and states of consciousness are available which promote more self confidence, increase energy and capacity for pleasure, and deep inner peace.”

Lynn is an internationally respected and loved tantra teacher and facilitator originally from Scotland and now based in West Cork, Ireland. She is available there and in various locations when she travels. Tantra came to Lynn through her spiritual awakening and she has trained in various tantric and spiritual disciplines, including tantra massage, sacred sexuality & conscious relationship, EMF, Reiki (Master), Magnified Healing (Kuan Yin) and crystal healing. ~ Sacred Touch Evening Session ~
Open to those who attend the day event only.... Learn how to give a simple yet sensual, tantra massage - this will be available if enough participants wish to take part and it will be on a pre-partnered basis only (in other words, you need a partner who is in full agreement to share with for the evening - if you are single then you may invite another participant). The fee is £40 per person, and the duration 3 hrs, 7-10pm - timing approx. The massage work will be done on a carpeted floor so you will need to be okay with kneeling and moving around etc. on the floor.
Please do let me know now if you are interested as it will help with planning - numbers will be limited for this session as we require more individual space so it will be on a first come, first served basis.
What to bring/wear for Day Event:
Warm socks or slippers (shoe free venue).
Comfortable clothing you can move around in - layers are a good idea.
Cushions/blankets as you will be sitting on the floor. (The venue does have some items so if you are coming by public transport you can use these.)
Open heart and mind:-)Evening:
The floor is carpeted but still quite hard, plus we do not want to get oil on the floor, so please bring some protection/padding for the floor, like:
duvet, blankets, sheep skins,
sheet to absorb oil
large towel.
small bottle oil (50 ml approx) of your choice
If you can get hold of a sarong then that's nice too.
If you have a massage table you may bring it if you wish.
Do not bring anything too precious as the oil may not entirely wash out.
Food & Drinks:
There is a tiny kitchen at the venue and tea/coffee for a small donation to the owner of the studio. It's a good idea to bring some fruit or other healthy
snack for the tea breaks. You are welcome to bring your lunch (there is no microwave or cooker) to eat in the premises, or you can get something to eat in or take away

Time: 9.30am-5pm (day event) and 7pm-10pm evening event.
Touch holds the power to connect, to pleasure, to comfort and to heal. Touch is also the means, the gateway, between the inner and outer worlds. We all yearn to be deeply touched by another and yet we can fear it too. Studies have shown that new born babies will die if they are deprived of touch… without loving touch we feel alone and isolated.
“Touch more than any other sense holds the power to bring us together as one.”Sacred touch is honouring and respectful and can be incredibly sensual; it is about being completely conscious and present whilst you are giving or receiving touch. Everyone has the ability to give and receive, to fully feel sacred touch … it just needs to be woken up.For those interested in exploring the joys and dynamics of sacred touch we offer this one-day event which has been designed to create a safe and sacred space where everyone’s boundaries are respected. Some of the skills we will share with you:

We will also share with you a beautiful ritual in which we will demonstrate the sacred tantric dance of touch for you to learn and adapt for your own use. We will be undressed for this ritual and for those wishing to take apart in our evening experience you will be given the opportunity to practise this with a partner in a safe space with the understanding that everyone’s boundaries will be respected.The exercises during the day event will be a mixture of solo, paired and group experiences. There will be time for sharing/discussing our experiences throughout the day. You will never be asked to do anything that you are not comfortable with doing. The optional evening session will be dedicated to sacred touch sensual massage. DAY EVENT: There is no requirement to undress though some may wish to partly undress for some of the exercises. EVENING: It is highly likely that there will be nudity in this session, though again, everyone’s boundaries are respected and nothing is compulsory.Open to all sensual beings of any age, gender and orientation. In order to create a safe and intimate environment numbers will be limited to a maximum of 15-20 (depending on our room size). The minimum number of participants we require to run this event is 10.FEE: £95 per person plus optional £25 to extend into evening sacred massage session. You may book just the day event or day and evening events together. This one day workshop will give an opportunity to explore tantra; being conscious, letting go of expectations and embracing your sexuality as an essential ingredient for your health and wellbeing. Explore what it is to be a sexual being, connecting more deeply with your sexual energy. Tremendous freedom comes from This unique workshop will introduce you to the basics of Tantra and Sacred Sexuality. Some of the skills that will be shared are:

Choose your own level of comfort and participation at the workshop. There is no sex or compulsory exercises. Some nudity will happen – your choice whether this includes you or not. Please remember that it is normal to feel some fear about participating, especially for the first time, but this usually disappears once you realize that everyone is in the same boat!
