The Joy of Touch
Saturday May 22nd, 2010: Day and Evening events

Time: 9.30am-5pm (day event) and 7pm-10pm evening event.
Touch holds the power to connect, to pleasure, to comfort and to heal. Touch is also the means, the gateway, between the inner and outer worlds. We all yearn to be deeply touched by another and yet we can fear it too. Studies have shown that new born babies will die if they are deprived of touch… without loving touch we feel alone and isolated.

Sacred touch is honouring and respectful and can be incredibly sensual; it is about being completely conscious and present whilst you are giving or receiving touch. Everyone has the ability to give and receive, to fully feel sacred touch … it just needs to be woken up.
For those interested in exploring the joys and dynamics of sacred touch we offer this one-day event which has been designed to create a safe and sacred space where everyone’s boundaries are respected.
Some of the skills we will share with you:
- Awaken to the power of conscious, sacred touch
- Learn how to set healthy boundaries
- How to do a tantric honouring ritual
- Increase your skills as a lover
- Expand into deeper intimacy
We will also share with you a beautiful ritual in which we will demonstrate the sacred tantric dance of touch for you to learn and adapt for your own use. We will be undressed for this ritual and for those wishing to take apart in our evening experience you will be given the opportunity to practise this with a partner in a safe space with the understanding that everyone’s boundaries will be respected.
The exercises during the day event will be a mixture of solo, paired and group experiences. There will be time for sharing/discussing our experiences throughout the day. You will never be asked to do anything that you are not comfortable with doing.
The optional evening session will be dedicated to sacred touch sensual massage.
DAY EVENT: There is no requirement to undress though some may wish to partly undress for some of the exercises.
EVENING: It is highly likely that there will be nudity in this session, though again, everyone’s boundaries are respected and nothing is compulsory.
Open to all sensual beings of any age, gender and orientation. In order to create a safe and intimate environment numbers will be limited to a maximum of 15-20 (depending on our room size). The minimum number of participants we require to run this event is 10.
FEE: £95 per person plus optional £25 to extend into evening sacred massage session. You may book just the day event or day and evening events together. We are not able to take bookings for only the evening event.

MEALS: Arrangements for lunch and dinner (for evening event) are still to be confirmed. You may bring your own food if you wish.
This event will be facilitated by Lynn and Gucci.
NOTE: Both Lynn and Gucci will be available for a very limited number of private sessions in the Aberdeen area mid-May. This one day workshop will give an opportunity to explore tantra; being conscious, letting go of expectations and embracing your sexuality as an essential ingredient for your health and wellbeing. Explore what it is to be a sexual being, connecting more deeply with your sexual energy. Tremendous freedom comes from This unique workshop will introduce you to the basics of Tantra and Sacred Sexuality. Some of the skills that will be shared are:
- Explore the healing power of touch with friends and lovers Feel more vibrant and alive in your bodyExplore the sensuality of your bodyExperience your masculine and feminine energies through movementMove out of your mind and into your body
- Have FUN and DANCE (but only if you want to:)!!
Choose your own level of comfort and participation at the workshop. There is no sex or compulsory exercises. Some nudity will happen – your choice whether this includes you or not. Please remember that it is normal to feel some fear about participating, especially for the first time, but this usually disappears once you realize that everyone is in the same boat! Early booking recommended as places are limited Course runs 10.30am to 7pm
The cost is £60 per person, and is open to men, women and couples. Discount of 50% for single women. Concessions available.
