"Tantra Massage – Sensual Loving Touch for Couples and Partners"
Tantra Massage is a combination of loving touch that gently soothes the body and senses while at the same time awakening the spiritual life force that we know of as sexual or creative energy. The entire experience is essentially a series of rituals that celebrates the whole being, and encourages complete letting go and melting into a state of receiving conscious touch and pleasure.
By surrendering action, many new experiences and states of consciousness are available. These new states may leave one feeling deeply met and profoundly touched. As we experience an integration of sexual and spiritual energies we feel more fulfilled and naturally experience more self-confidence, increased energy and an expanded capacity for pleasure as well as deep inner peace.
This evening play-shop will be a taster where you can dip your toes into the art and practise of tantra massage with your partner. Pre-booking is essential and you will need to bring, along with your partner, your favourite oil for massage, and padding, towels for the floor, or a massage table if you wish, plus a sarong to change into and use as draping. Nudity is not necessary - it is up to you to choose your level of comfort regarding clothing for the massage. Suitable for all sexual orientations - you will need to be fairly physically able to perform this massage.

Today will be an opportunity to learn about tantra massage and what it involves. There will be practical exercises solo and with a partner. All exercises are fully clothed, and there is no sexual contact involved in today's introduction. Bring a cushion and/or blanket as there will be floor work.

This is an easy introduction to tantric energetic practise for women… and a day for YOU to explore in a gentle, fun and supported environment the joys and depths of being a woman. We will play with the dynamics of sexuality and spirituality, with the concepts of giving and receiving and reclaiming our natural energy flow which we know as sensuality.
A woman’s wisdom is accessed through her...... body, through her senses - but we cannot access this if we are not in the body! Tantric practises are perfect for women as they are centred on the physical experience; they can help us to fully inhabit and become centred in our body and effectively begin to ground our energy by bringing in conscious awareness. When we do this, a natural tantric process arises spontaneously and we begin to let go of that which stops our truest expression, which is Love.
As we clear away the old hurts and wounds, the body and mind heals and re-patterns itself from the conditioning and beliefs that our body and sensual pleasure is bad, and that spirituality has to involve a denial of our sexuality. Your body is the doorway to great joy, peace and love! When you begin to experience this you will find that all aspects of your life experience improve and are much more fulfilling.
Utilising her skills and gifts gained from her own experience with tantra, shamanic, angel and energy work over the past 15 years, Lynn will guide you through an empowering process of heart-centred exercises and ritual using the power of breath, conscious touch, sensual awareness, meditation and movement.
Open to all women interested in learning about tantra, sacred sexuality and how to improve intimate and other relationships, including our relationship with life. No nudity, no sexual contact (contrary to popular belief, tantra is about a lot more than just sex:-)

Greetings!
It's been a long timing coming, so at last I am excited to announce that I will be visiting London in August 2011 and will be available for sessions on some of the days during the period 19-29 August.
I offer a range of services designed to accommodate individuals and couples interested in discovering their real selves, and investing their life experience with greater harmony, confidence and well-being. Tantric Healing Massage is just the beginning, and I invite you to explore and consider stretching yourself in other ways through sexual and sensual coaching, healing, counselling and energy clearing and grounding work. As always, I am available to discuss any special needs or issues you (and you and your partner may have).
I'll be based in the Chalk Farm area of NW London which I'm told is easily accessible by tube and other public transport.

Six day course in Sacred Tantra Massage:
The aim of the course is to provide the training for a professional sacred tantra massage to enable the student to practise this professionally.
This course is also the foundation course (entry level) for our further training courses and modules.
Previous experience in massage, or another holistic or body centered therapy is not essential, but is useful. A basic knowledge of the human energy chakra system is recommended (pre-training mini-course is available from OHT. Please enquire.)

All deposits are non-refundable* and bookings are not confirmed until deposits have been received and cleared.
*Due to the nature of travelling for sessions I am unable to refund deposits on bookings cancelled within 7 days of the appointment.
